The Water Management module helps organisations manage water utility customers, billing points, meters, billing, and payments through the MapBilling platform.
Every customer service location is tied to a real-world location on the map, so billing and connection records always stay connected to where the service actually happens.
What is Water Management?
Water Management covers the core administrative and billing workflow for water utility services: registering customers, creating billing points, assigning and reading meters, tracking connection history, generating invoices, and collecting payments.
